homemade refrigerator pickles




ingredients:


i cup distilled vinegar
1 tablespoon of salt
2 cups white sugar
6 cups sliced cucumbers
1 cup sliced onion
1 cup sliced green bell pepper
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 1/2 cup water










in a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring vinegar, salt, water, and sugar to a boil. boil until sugar is dissolved, about 10 minutes

















place cucumbers, onions, and bell pepper in a large bowl. pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables. add dill weed















transfer to sterile containers and store in the refrigerator.

  1. these pickles were kinda weird they were really sweet and i dont like sweet pickles i like more kosher dill i kept saying i didnt like them but i kept eating them
